At Lovesofas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new furniture. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to pick up the item from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
